Chili 2lb's ground beef 1 tbs oil 3-5 8oz can's of tomato sauce 1 chopped onion 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 2-3 cloves garlic ¼ cup chili powder 1 tsp oregano 1.5 tsp salt 2 tsp cumin ¼ tsp Tabasco sauce ½ tsp cayenne pepper 2 cans red kidney beans (other spices to taste) 1. Brown meat with oil. 2. Drain and add tomato sauce, onion, onion powder, garlic, and garlic powder. 3. Cover and simmer 30 min. 4. Add remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for one hour. (Stir occasionally to prevent burning.) 5. Add additional tomato sauce or water if too thick at any time during the cooking process.
