From a Washington State Department of Healt information pamphlet:

Warning Signs of Living Near a Lab

· Strong odor of solvents
· Residences with windows blacked out
· Iodine- or chemical-stained bathroom or kitchen fixtures
· Renters who pay their landlords in cash
· Increased activity, especially at night
· Excessive trash

Um soooo…..does that mean that all of NYC could be a meth lab? Not that it would surprise me or anything.
