Cop #1: We wouldn’t have so much crime here if Law & Order was set somewhere else. I mean, they’re just giving people ideas, and making them think it’s entertaining.
Cop #2: Uh huh. And the show also makes people think the force is full of skilled, competent officers.

I leave for FL in 9 days! Woo Hoo! I shall get to see teh_girl graduate and then move her up here with me. Double Woo Hoo! Though I have to admit I’m not looking TOO forward to the 20 hours FL to NY drive (especially with the girls graduation present pony in a trailer behind the car) 
Otherwise not much going on. Worked this past Saturday, and now only have 7 work days till vacation time (yah its 9 with the weekends but since I’m not at work for those they don’t count as much)
I did have more stuff I was going to say but I forget now so I will just leave it at this for the moment.

Went to the dentists today, had teeth extracted. Ugh! On the plus side I opted for them to put me under so all I remember is sitting in the dentist chair feeling a little funny and then ending up in the little recovery room on the bench with gauze in my mouth. Not bad I suppose. Parents came up for the day to take me too and from the dentist office and stuff. Next time I go Meg gets the privilege of taking care of me
But I’m not in TOO much pain, got some pain killers and an ice pack and am hiding in my AC bedroom and plan to do so for all of tonight and likely a good part of tomorrow as well!
So yah, in pain, hot, but not dead. Could be worse I suppose!

Just a quick update because its been a while.
Been a slow week or two. Got put into the Admin office at work for the next 2 months. Learning paperwork, answering phones, working with data, all fun stuff. Had Tuesday off but did nothing, which was fine with me. Going home this weekend, may get the girl some furniture from IKEA, though I’m not 100% sure yet, I may wait and just make her pick it out her self
Um thats all for now, just un-inspired for writing today…
