take me out to the ball game…

Tonight we had our free baseball game all thanks to my blood. And by free I mean free tickets, we probably spent 50$ on parking and food for the night but it was fun. I’ve lived in NY 2.5 years now and this was my first NY baseball game. Granted I am still more of a Red Socks fan but a free game is a free game. They played FL tonight, and lost. So Meg was happy she got to watch her home state team win a game. All in all a fun evening.

Not much else of note going on. Meg is still looking for a job so I am getting dinners cooked for me most nights :) and the lab is still the lab. Wacky as ever. Did get a largish case this week, over 100LB’s of Pot so that was something different. Tomorrow is Friday so that means I get to play with hairs and fibers. Which is always fun. I think I am starting to get the hang of working down there once a week, it’s just the reports I am a bit unsure on still.

No plans yet this weekend, probably just take it easy. Some weekend soon I want to take Meg up to CT or MA to see the leaves, growing up down south she’s never really gotten to see that on-mass the way us northerners do every year. Also I’d like to try and find some real cider soon, none of that pasteurized crap! I want a beverage that can potentially kill me!

Otherwise what’s the point? :)
