Manhattan 1600 vs. 2007
Using a “Redraft of the Castello Plan New Amsterdam in 1660” over a current map of manhattan you can see the original size of the island vs. what it is today. Part I find most interesting is how most of the main streets still line up and how you can see the original wall where wall street now is.
